🔁 Return Eligibility

You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order, provided they meet the following conditions:

  • Items are unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
  • Tags, accessories, and labels are intact
  • Proof of purchase is provided (order number or receipt)

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Items marked as “Final Sale”
  • Undergarments or hygiene-sensitive products
  • Damaged items caused by misuse or improper handling
  • Items returned after the 30-day window

📦 How to Return an Item

  1. Email us at voxelyst@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. Wait for return instructions and Return Authorization (RMA)
  3. Carefully repackage your item(s) and ship it to our return address in Portugal Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect

💵 Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status
  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
  • If the item is returned in unacceptable condition, we may deny the refund or apply a restocking fee (up to 20%)

🔄 Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different item or size, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

❗ Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Email us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include clear photos and your order number
  • We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost
