- Free standard shipping on orders over €80 / $89
- Orders below the free-shipping threshold will be calculated at checkout based on destination and weight
- Express shipping is available for select countries with an additional fee
📦 Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this number to track your shipment online via our carrier partner’s website.
🚨 Customs, Duties & Taxes
- EU customers: No import taxes apply.
- Non-EU international customers: Import duties, customs fees, or VAT may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These are the buyer’s responsibility.
❗ Failed Deliveries / Returned Packages
If your package is returned due to an incorrect address or unclaimed delivery:
- We can reship it (additional postage applies), or
- We can issue a refund minus the original shipping cost
